Free Shipping on All Orders to the USA
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (after processing time). Delivery times may vary based on your location, and delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier delays).
- Note: Please allow extra time for shipments to remote or rural areas.
Important Information:
- Free shipping applies to all orders within the continental U.S. We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories (additional shipping fees may apply for these locations).
- We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but you will be notified if we are able to offer a faster shipping option in the future.
- In case your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
